"Went to my State Farm agent Leslie Brooks on October 19, 2023, to make changes to my Homeowners Policy. Danny Francisco the office manager was there and could not take care of me, there were two other female employees there that couldn't help me either. after I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes, I was asked by Danny to return later or that he would call me when he was done with another customer. After two hours of no phone call, I return back to state farm. another female employee finally decided to help me. I was there with my wife, and we made it clear to her that the only change that we wanted to make to our policy was to increase the deductible amount from $1,000 to $2,500 dollars, that change was going to reduce the total premium amount of the policy by $160.00 dollars. When the new declaration policy arrived with the new change, it had changes that we never agreed and the savings on the premium total was only for $74.12 dollars Not the $160 dollars that was mentioned to us. The property coverages and limits were all change to a higher amount we never agreed to this, and it was never talked about. The annual premium amount is not in the new declaration page. it was left blank, the only thing that's there is premium decrease. $74.12. This was not the first time we had problems with this State Farm agency, and we had enough of their mistakes, and we decided to take our business somewhere else."
